Report “Lessons Learned – Identifying and Scaling up Social Innovations”

This report aims to present the lessons learned from the pilot scaling up of social innovations in the process
of establishing a Competence Centre for Social Innovations in Bulgaria, within the framework of the “Social
Innovation Plus – Competence Centres (SI PLUS)” project. The main objective is to scale up successful
social innovation projects in the country.
